Starter Consulting was founded by Alessandro Lippi after a close evaluation of the Italian and European work market.

Alessandro Lippi is an international executive manager expert in the fields of Human Resources and Business Development with 20 years of experience.

He has extensive experience with European Multinationals about research and selection, training, development, organization.

He becomes a business angel in 2013 and he starts investing in start-up in every sector with a high-level private equity investors team based in Milan.

Matteo Boemi is a senior professional active in the fields of data mining, market analysis and business intelligence.

The fusion of these two synergistic areas of expertise is tied to the objective of conducting projectability studies that look at the internal life-cycles of investment and company projects, from planning and feasibility to development and organization on down to the identification of key figures, personnel training for reengineer companies.

The objective of Starter Consulting is to be a full-fledged consulting agency and to transmit a real and recognized know-how to collaborators, a process which is already visible in Europe and the United States.

We want to go beyond the limits of a traditional consulting firm and create a reality of people who operate in a dedicated and synergetic way towards the development of any project that might arise.
